If you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at hello@curiousseeds.com, within 7 days of receipt. Please provide us with proof of purchase and a picture of the product defect. Once we have confirmed the product defect with the principal brand, we will process your exchange or refund. 


Please note:

All sales items are final and non-refundable nor exchangeable. 

All return deliveries are to be borne by the customer.

We are unable to process any refunds or exchanges if the returned item shows wear and tear, or has the brand tag removed. 

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. In the event we are unable to do an exchange, we will issue equivalent store credits to your account instead, valid for 90 days from date of issue. 

We reserve the right to reject any claims that do not meet the stated requirements. 


Our refund and exchange policy currently only applies to domestic orders within Singapore. 

We are sorry but we are unable to provide for international orders at this moment.
